Key Responsibilities:

As the head of our data and insight capability you will:

• Develop and implement the data strategy to address specific goals.
• Working closely with senior leaders to understand their requirements, and deliver a high quality service which enables insight led decision making across strategy, creative, social and media deliveries.
• You will establish strategic relationships with data partners and platforms to harness the right data ecosystems.
• Understanding of specific advertising related data points such as Audience data, segmentation, cohort developments, behavioral data is critical.
• You will also drive the analytical capability to deliver data driven insights on the audience or category with good knowledge and understanding on Marketing.

Qualifications

Person specification/ Who are you?

• A minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science or Data Science with good knowledge of Statistical Analysis.
• At least 5+ years of experience working in a Marketing / Advertising firm or having experience with Marketing and Advertising data.
• Excellent understanding of data flow modeling and database design and development standards.
• Good understanding of industry standards for data management e.g. scalability, security, performance, data recovery, reliability and quality.
• Excellent understanding of data architecture principles and how these can be practically applied within a similar organization.
• Good understanding of first party data and customer identity solutions.
• Ability to present well and engage clients in Data driven discussion will be an added advantage.
