The Associate Director will be the subject Matter Expert for project delivery and/or operations in the given business sub-capability. Partner with Business Stakeholders and DDIT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation and project delivery.
Your Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Provide technical guidance and participate in troubleshooting, validation of the whole solution until project completion and customer acceptance.
• Support Project Manager on handover all the details of the project completion to Operation team
• Optimize solution and delivery processes.
• Working with several teams across the organization and in a multicultural environment
• Lead engineering aspect of the delivery team, continually help to deliver project, ensure team technical competency to match the ongoing, rapid changing technical environment.
• Execute technology delivery strategy for business systems, platforms, and processes for a particular Business domain / Function.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders and DDIT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation, and funding estimates.
• Partner with business partners to ensure Technology Service/Solutions Delivery teams deliver products according to strategy with reuse across other areas.
• Ensure services, solutions, platforms, products are fit for purpose and achieve the desired business value and impact.
• Run efficient DevOps for platforms, products, or systems ensuring availability and optimal performance for responsible function / service area.
• Ensure the governance structure for projects, operations, etc. with right stakeholder representation.
• Ensure end to end delivery of Service Management aspects of all processes and its execution adherence as per global policies in specific Tower operations.
• Assist to improve efficiency of operations in area of responsibility.
• Support end-to-end delivery of service requests.

Minimum requirements

What you\'ll bring to the role:

• Business fluent in English (written and spoken), any other languages are a plus.
• University degree and relevant equivalent experience
• Understanding the Project Methodologies (Agile training) is a plus.
• Healthcare industry including FMCG experience & understanding commercial business process is a plus
• Solid educational background, MBA or advanced degree in Information Technology or Business Administration preferred.
