Job Title: Senior Manager / Associate Director, HR Process Excellence
Role Purpose
This role serves as a trusted HR partner in driving process excellence, enabling solutions, and facilitating the successful adoption of key HR initiatives. You will establish a strong framework for process improvement, optimize HR operations across functions, and ensure alignment and scalability to support the organization's growth and transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Process Excellence & Optimization

  • Lead the design and execution of process excellence initiatives aligned with HR's strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement standardized HR process frameworks that promote consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and digitalize HR processes, reducing manual effort and improving user experience.
  • Conduct benchmarking and develop performance metrics to evaluate process effectiveness and measure continuous improvement.
Project & Solution Enablement
  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of HR solution implementation projects, ensuring on-time and successful deployment.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across the CHRO Office, HR COEs, HR Operations, and HR Technology to ensure seamless execution.
  • Translate business needs into effective process and system solutions that deliver tangible outcomes.
  • Support both Head Office and Local Business Units (LBUs) in project execution, troubleshooting, and process harmonization.
Change Management & Adoption
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure effective adoption of new HR processes and tools.
  • Facilitate training, communication, and enablement sessions in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Build process excellence capability across HR by training COE and Operations teams on relevant tools and methodologies.
  • Champion a continuous improvement mindset and foster a culture of process excellence across the HR function.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business process improvement, shared services, or HR operations within a large multinational organization.
  • Proven track record in leading process optimization and transformation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, TOC).
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) and change management credentials (e.g., PROSCI) preferred.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, service delivery platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Visio, Power BI).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to lead workshops, influence cross-functional teams, and deliver high-impact process improvement outcomes.
