You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to ensure that targets are met and exceeded. Your experience in selling IT solutions for manufacturing will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities: l Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve annual sales targets. l Collaborate with the SDR team, who will support in generating leads, following a mutually beneficial working relationship. l Identify and establish relationships with potential clients in the manufacturing sector. l Present and demonstrate Facttwin\'s real-time visibility solutions to prospective clients, highlighting our partnerships with industry leaders like Sun Pharma, Godrej Agrovet, Tata Hitachi, and more. l Provide insights on market trends, competitors, and customer needs. l Negotiate and close strategic deals in line with company objectives. l Maintain relationships with key clients and provide personalized support. l Monitor sales analytics, generate periodic reports, and identify areas for improvement. Minimum Requirements: l Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, selling IT solutions related to the manufacturing industry. l Undergraduate degree in Engineering. l Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. l Excellent communication and negotiation skills. l Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership qualities even in an individual contributor role. l Knowledge of CRM software, data analysis, and forecasting methods. Qualifications: l Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and articulate the benefits of IT solutions for manufacturing. l Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with a diverse clientele, including executives and key decision-makers.
