What would you do This role will drive and champion the overall end to end cycle of inventory/product management which includes ordering of supply, customer invoicing, production, movement, storage, and inventory of Touch n Go (TnG) products. This role also manages all Touch n Go\'s internal and external stakeholders including outsourcing vendors. Strategy and Planning: Develop and monitor TnG\'s logistic and inventory strategy to improve productivity, efficiency as well as optimize cost. Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to discover bottlenecks and other issues to work out fit for purpose solutions. Evaluate and report on KPIs or SLAs for continuous improvement purposes. Develop cost-effective solutions for logistic and inventory processes. Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth, order management, and timely payment processing. Inventory and Logistics Management: Manage and monitor logistics activities to ensure they run smoothly. Maintain supply chain inventory and records in both digital and hard copy. Proactively resolve any issues related to logistics and inventory matters. Stakeholder Management: Drive optimization of cost structure by collaborating with Procurement to communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors. Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure operations, procurement, production, warehousing, and delivery meet the standards and agreed service level. Ethics & Compliance: Work closely with Compliance, Integrity, and Risk team to ensure logistic and inventory processes meet legal requirements and standards. People Development: Supervise, train and guide employees to perform effectively and optimally in their areas of work. Who should join us 10-15 years of previous experience as a logistic and inventory manager or in a similar field. Excellent knowledge of logistic and inventory processes. Working experience of relevant software tools. Able to work with various stakeholders from different level of seniority. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strict adherence to compliance and governance. Creative problem-solving, a strategic and analytical mind.
