Job Description

As an Associate Director, you will be the overall project manager of accounts, responsible for managing consulting personnel, budgets and account profitability. They develop and grow new business in the various industry sectors and offer strategic contributions to the overall development of PRecious Communications.Responsibilities:Account ManagementOversee and sign-off on all materials and reports for client submissionProvide senior level oversight for client events and functionsServe as account lead, manage client contact and correspondenceProvide accurate deliverables and budget estimates using the PRecious Communications Estimator for projects & retainersManage and track client deliverables and budgets to prevent over-servicing and ensure account profitabilityResponsible for assembling the xe2x80x9cbest teamxe2x80x9d for client project or retainerOversee media monitoring, compilation of media clippings and media pitchingManage and resolve any emerging issues around client or budgetBuild and cultivate relationships with the media and influencersBrief clientsxe2x80x99 spokesperson ahead of interviewsClient Management & Strategy CounselProvide client counsel, proactively build client trust and relationshipsDevelop long-term strategic plans / recommendations for clients, ensuring alignment and integration with clientsxe2x80x99 marketing and digital strategy and executionDevelop senior-level client programmes including thought leadership campaigns, key messages and positioningDevelop relationships with senior-level client contactsPosition the agency as a strategic partner to the clientPrepare recommendations to forestall or capitalise on emerging PR or industry issuesDevelop and present issues & crisis comm plans and strategies to clientsPrepare comms programme or project evaluation reports at appropriate intervalsConduct periodic strategic comms programme reviews for clients and recommend adjustments if requiredConduct media training of clientsContent DevelopmentOversee and manage the quality of content development (writing skills, strategy), providing supervisionContribute to higher-level content (thought leadership, bylines, case studies, client or media endorsements, white papers, media roundtables, yearly planning, quarterly PR plans)Provide final sign-off for contentTeamwork & ManagementSupport the Market Lead in growing the core competency of the businessLive and advocate PRecious PrinciplesMentor Consultant-level membersLook after professional and emotional welfare of team members and improve team dynamicsConduct and improve performance appraisals processRecruitment of new talentConduct training and sharing sessionsAt least 7-10 years of PR experience, most of with a PR agencyAt least 2-3 years of management / leadership experiencePossess strong writing, editing, and proofreading skillsMust be strategic and creative in story concept development and potential communication message, content angles, and activities.Excellent written and verbal communications skills in EnglishStrong communication, negotiation, relationship management and presentation skills.Ability to lead cross-functional teams & agencies to deliver assigned projectsMulti-tasking & work effectively under high pressureTeam player, xe2x80x9ccan-doxe2x80x9d spirit, positive attitude, good energy, and strong work ethicKindly submit a job application to us directly.
