: Summary
Manage and execute the daily operational tasks of Operations Collection Unit within the job responsibilities and deliverables in linewith the Banks goal and strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities
Operations Management:R In charge of running daily operations of Operations Collection Unit within the established standard operational procedures.R Assist Operations Collection Units supervisor to develop Collection related Operational Manual and Guidelines or any other related manuals/guidelines.R Deal with daily operations issues and customers expectation on production delivery time.R Assist Operations Collection Units supervisor to manage resources to produce high quality service at minimum operations cost.
Cost Management:R Assist Operations Collection Units supervisor to manage and maintain departments total yearly expenses are met or belowplanned budget.R Initiate and deliver Process Improvement initiatives for cost and performance efficiency.
Customer Service:R Ensure customers complaints are satisfactorily closed and within standard turnaround time.R Support and partner with other business units on potential operational centralization for Cash Management related products.
Risk & Control:R Ensure daily running of Operations Collection Unit adhere to the established risk and controls measures as per the Operational Manuals and Guidelines.R Ensure awareness on AMLA policies by attending annual Compliance Awareness training.
People Management:R Assist Operations Collection Units supervisor to implement strong team spirit and highly motivated Operations Collection team.R Assist and work closely with units within the division for effective product delivery.
Other RolesR Ensure adherence and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements.R Any other duties/assignment as and when directed/assigned by the superior as per business requirement from time to time.
