Your Job: As a n Associate E-commerce and Digital Media Manager , you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of our digital marketing and e-commerce strategies. This role opens the opportunity to both brand and ecommerce marketing exposures. You will work closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and optimize online sales. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital media platforms, online advertising, content creation, e-commerce operations, and consumer / shopper pathway. Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities: Assist in the planning and implementation of digital media campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, display advertising, and not limited to email marketing . Support the optimization of online advertising campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion rates . Assist in the media management and maintenance of e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience, optimizing media efficiency and maximizing conversion opportunities . Collaborate with cross-functional team to execute digital media strategies for optimal efficiency and effectiveness, including campaign setup and maintenance of ( i ) eCommerce on platform media i.e., paid search, SEO, and not limited to platform communication assets development (ii) ecommerce off platform media/ brand media i.e., social media, Youtube , affiliate and not limited to CRM campaigns. Analytical savvy in monitoring and tracking efficiency and effectiveness of key performance indicators (KPIs ) and provide regular reports on campaign performance of on-platform and off-platform, media budget management, platform traffic, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics . Able to effectively liaise with and lead campaign planning, execution and content development across stakeholders externally and internally, including agencies, designers, and not limited to cross functional stakeholders . Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies, including content planning, copywriting, UTM link generation and maintenance . Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging digital media platforms, and e-commerce best practices to enhance our online presence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital touchpoints. Support the evaluation and implementation of new digital tools and technologies to enhance digital media and e-commerce capabilities - eg : AI Tools. Essential Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field. 4 to 7 years of working experience in digital marketing, digital media, or e-commerce roles (highly preferred) . Solid understanding of digital media platforms, including social media, search engines, display advertising, and email marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Effective interpersonal capability that enables cross-functional collaboration and occasional remote-working environment.
