Responsible for end to end and day to day operations of all eCommerce and Direct to Golfer business.
Coordination of internal and external 3rd party agency teams to ensure effective execution of the eCommerce strategy, including the optimisation and continual integration of all back-end systems.
Manage product portfolio on all marketplaces.
Coordinate all eCommerce activities, including cross functional areas of marketing, sales and P&L accountability.
Measure and report performance of all eCommerce channels (traffic, sales, conversion rate etc.) and assess against goals (ROI and KPI's).
Forecast and drive the business to eCommerce P&L targets.
Plan and implement eCommerce content calendar and engagement campaigns with product and marketing teams.
Plan, brief and review content with product marketing team to ensure a seamless and integrated consumer journey.
Identify and analyze trends and insights, and then optimise and revise activity based on results and findings. Monitor trends and competitor's activities in order to identify opportunities.
Drive engagement and revenue through analytics-based segmentation of consumer messaging.
Ensure brand message is consistent with the global brand strategy throughout the eCommerce customer experience whilst taking into account unique local market and business needs.
Deliver clear project communication across the global organisation, including presentation of reports and solutions to key stakeholders on a regular basis.
Competency Requirements:
Proven working experience in eCommerce industry (Min 4 years).
Experience working with, or in, eCommerce marketplaces preferred.
Strong project management, planning, communication, multitasking and time management skills in an eCommerce marketing role.
Highly analytical and comfortable dealing with big data sets.
Displays in-depth knowledge of eCommerce platforms and best practices.
Possess a cutting-edge interest in eCommerce ensuring that new opportunities for engaging with customers are realized.
Experience managing web-based content using site content management systems.
Solid understanding of user experience design, information architecture and usability principles.
Excellent team player who exhibits a high level of motivation and drive with the ability to work within a highly collaborative environment.
Experience in industry relating to sporting goods is strongly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and an ability to deal with all levels of staff across borders.
Proficiency in Photoshop (or similar) an advantage.
