Provides operational and functional support to the business on creating, storing, managing and maintaining information in all its forms, including the ability to incorporate policies and procedures for centrally managing and sharing information among different individuals, organizations and information systems throughout the information life cycle.

Applies techniques such as business intelligence (BI), reporting and data modelling, analytical techniques and big data processing to provide the business with relevant information to increase revenues, improve operational efficiency, optimise customer programs, respond quickly to emerging market trends and gain a competitive edge in the market.

What\xe2\x80\x99s the role?

• Assists with the implementation of Data/Document Control procedures and operationalizing systems, processes and work instructions as per the Information Management Plan. Ensures Data/Document Management consistency across all Projects, rigorously, often maintaining control and traceability of the documentation from Project initiation throughout to completion for a portfolio of small to medium sized projects.
• Advises stakeholders including the Business, IT, Technical Data Management, Digital Centre of Excellence and Finance & Data Operations in assisting with the implementation of Data/Document Control procedures and operationalizing systems, processes and work instructions as per the Information Management Plan. Provides more limited assistance and first level support to educate individuals and teams on Data/Document Management compliance requirements.
• Deploys standard techniques to solve Data/Document Management issues.
• Works under direct supervision of Manager / Team Lead for moderately complex activities, broad guidance on operational activities.
• Works closely with senior technical member of the team or subject matter expert whenever applicable to provide value added services to partners.

Role requirement

• Graduate in Engineering degree with 2+ years of relevant industry experience or 5 years relevant experience in Instrumentation / Mechanical.
• Knowledge in DEP standards for PEFS.
• Experienced user of software tools like GSAP, ASSAI, AIM-A, w-IMS, SPI etc.
• Nice to have: General knowledge of refining business from an IM perspective. Basic understanding of Project Life cycle, its different Phases and P2A handover proceKnowledge in Field and be able to provide analytical solution
