We are looking for an Associate Engineer to support fibre planning, pipeline coordination, and implementation activities across new developments and fibre-based services. The role involves network design, contractor coordination, and ensuring timely and safe delivery of pipeline and fibre works.

Make an impact by:

Perform Single-Line Diagram (SLD) preparation from GIS 2.0 based on project requirements Plan pipeline connections and fibre deployments for new developments Coordinate with developers, M&E consultants, and internal teams for planning, inspection, and implementation works Review COPIF plan submissions and manage activities from pipeline connection to equipment commissioning Perform fibre planning and network design to support corporate data services and engineering circuits Supervise contractors on pipeline and fibre works, ensuring compliance with procedures, timelines, and safety standards Manage and resolve site, pipeline, and fibre implementation issues Ensure timely closure of pipeline and fibre schemes, including system updates, reports, and DFF claim processing Any other duties assigned by the superior

Skill for Success:

Minimum diploma holder in Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent course Experience in fibre planning, pipeline works, or network implementation is preferred Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve telecommunication network issues Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage site and implementation issues Excellent interpersonal skills with flexibility to work as a team Proactive & have great sense of urgency Ability to perform in a fast paced environment & work well under pressure Computer literacy in MS Office, MSC Excel and Power Point Flexible to changes in work schedule
