Associate Engineer For Quality
Job Description
Job Responsibilities: To lead a group of QA auditors in performing buy-off and roving audits to provide quality products and services that meet or exceed our customers expectation. To maintain the quality system that has been defined. To assist QA Supervisor in dppm improvement activities. To troubleshoot and solve line issues related to Quality. To assist production operators in criteria conformance. To drive for continuous improvement in the line. To buyoff material at QA. To carry out projects that has been assigned. Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time. Derive Continual Improvement. Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task. Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes etc. Report writing and publishing of summary of quality issues. Job Requirements: Diploma in Engineering preferably majoring in Electronics, Electrical and Mechatronics Understanding of electronics. Knowledge in photonics and optical transceivers are an advantage. With good computer literacy, good communication skill and reporting of information and data. Familiar with circuit diagrams and a strong background in electronics. Experience in troubleshooting PCBA preferred. Can work independently and work with support teams as needed.
