Direct/Indirect Indicator: IndirectSummaryOverall Function:-Responsible in assisting Manager for coordinating the daily task of EC Management via internal systems such as Enovia, SAP, Spectrum Pro/Cellfusion and Customer system requirement such as MY LAM and SNG. Responsible to maintain Monthly ECO Key Performance Indicators and Weekly EC release data. Responsible to present in the Weekly ECN Con-Call for Johor Site to Customer/Site Coordinate and guarantee proper implementation of internal or external ECN. Monitor all phases of an ECN implementation, from receiving the request from the customer, to validate change impacts, confirm requirements with all functions and gather approvals before implementation. Manage and responsible for customer AML and its accuracy in SAP.Detailed DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities:-

• To analysis, the Customer Changes for site impact for every Enovia ECs release

• To decide the disposition tools for ECs released base on Customer Disposition change

• To monitor the MM submission for Halb and Fert items successful updated in system

• To Maintain the Input Placement for all Planning Assembly release base on site Manufacturing Engineer decision.

• To chair weekly ECO Meeting by Customer\'s

• To bridge the Enovia EC\'s base on the depletion date as per EC meeting decision

• To verify the completeness and accuracy of the EC\'s bridging to SAP

• To check I-Doc error after EC\'s bridging if any.

• To maintain BOM routing and Component Allocation in SAP

• To re-refresh, the routing for every MIP going to release.

• To troubleshoot and solve any system issue and liaise with IT Support on any problem regarding BOM issues.

• To study new project enhancement such as Auto Sort string and Auto BOM Template.

• Comply with any additional assignment and when assigned by superior.

• Process all internal and external ECN requests. Coordinate activities with Work cell staff. Receive and interpret changes requested.

• Update SAP for BOM, AVL, new part numbers and drawings.

• Maintain 100% BOM accuracy

• Manage effectivity dates for BOM in SAP in conjunction with planning.

• Coordinate weekly CCB meeting with PDX site and daily CCB meeting with internal team

• Occasional travel may be required.

Typical Experience

• Experience and/or understanding of BOM multi-level structure.

• Basics of Supply Chain. MRP and MPS

• Must have excellent analytical skills with a good work ethic and verifiable track record.

• Advanced PC skills, proficient in Excel and SAP

• Good communication skill (verbal and written)

Typical Education

• Bachelor\'s degree required. Engineering Or equivalent years of experience.
