The DIE ATTACH Process Development Internship will report to the Development Internshiping Section Manager, ADI Penang.
The person focus on DIE ATTACH process including Solder print, Dispensing, Chip mount and Reflow process. He/She is responsible support new products development focus on DIE ATTACH process and ensure all the process issue resolved in timely manner.
