The DIE ATTACH Process Development Internship will report to the Development Internshiping Section Manager, ADI Penang.
The person focus on DIE ATTACH process including Solder print, Dispensing, Chip mount and Reflow process. He/She is responsible support new products development focus on DIE ATTACH process and ensure all the process issue resolved in timely manner.

The person will be responsible for the following:

• Ensure die bonder machine program available and mathcing the build sheet of the new product.
• Ensure reflow profiling done a meet new product requirement.
• Example, solder paste, DIE ATTACH glue , dispensier and etc.
• Carried out DOE to optimize or resolve problem encounter during new product development.
• Operator and technician training on new process / product setup.

The Person

The successful candidate DIE ATTACH Process Development Internship will possess:
\xef\x81\xb1 Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant Apply Science or Internshiping discipline.
\xef\x81\xb1 Report to immediate superior timely
\xef\x81\xb1 Self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work independtly.
