Associate Engineer, Production Control

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily WIP movement with Manufacturing team to meet labour and shipment targets
- Co-ordinate and execute operational plans with QA and Planner to expedite urgent OTD or critical lots
- Assess and provide commit for qual and expedite lots
- Execute recovery plan to meet OTD performance and fab KPIs
- Administer lots\xe2\x80\x99 priority function to maintain healthy percentage of Bullet / Priority lots in the line
- Assist Production Control engineer to ensure Fab / Engineering inventory, ROM bank and Zero bank WIP are kept at optimum level.
- Perform lot start scheduling to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 required date
- Review and generate automated script and report to facilitate line execution
- Work with the reporting team to establish a comprehensive report to enable clear visualization of the fab performance
- Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics / Chemical Process Engineering / Chemistry / Physics.
- 1-2 years working experience in wafer fab / semiconductor industry, preferably in production control.
- Good team player, willing to learn new skills with good initiatives and accountability.
- Good communication skills (interpersonal, oral and written).
- Perform shift duties (12-hours shift, day/night rotation) to support operations.
- Flexible and able to support overtime.
