Purpose: To manage a portfolio of projects OPEX Modification, Minor Projects - Single discipline (eMoC), or Low complexity and Major Projects \xe2\x80\x93 Multi discipline and Medium/High Complexity (eMOC) in all project Categories (Asset Integrity, Maintain Margin, HSSE, Growth and Green House Gases) from the Select phase through turnover to Operations and the subsequent technical and commercial closeout, with responsibility for both the Engineering and Procurement service provide Home Offices and field execution oversight. Strong collaboration and engagement with a wide range of stakeholder will be required to effectively deliver this suite of projects. Overall, the Project Engineer is responsible for safety, quality, cost, schedule and overall delivery of the agreed scope of work of each assigned project.

Job Responsibilities:

• Effective and documented handover from the Scotford Project Engineer (SOF / MC close out upload to Assai / SharePoint)

• Accountable to confirm receipt of all redlines with Technical Asset Operations (TAO) Design team, following up with QSGTL Focal personnel to ensure all documents received.

• Collaborate with as-building status with TAO Design team, Document Controller and others to ensure timely as-builds. This individual will be accountable to review and approve update drawings with redlines mark-ups. Dilemmas to be raised and path forward agreed upon from QSGTL Minor Project team and/or technical personnel.

• Capture Outstanding Work List (OWL), CSU and Special Tool Handover list compilation

• Interface with Ops Readiness & Maintenance Focals for Project closeout and assurance.

• Completion of MOC Closeout checklist, including updates.

• Book and facilitate assurance meeting with QSGTL Project Team and/or Project Engineer prior to closure of Project.

• Co-ordinate and timely completion of Bill of Materials into SAP.

• Co-ordinate and timely updates in the SAP system for flawless Preventive Maintenance.

• Verify completion of IM action for data and documents e.g. Equipment-Tag creation, SCE Identification, BOM update, Characteristic update, SPI updates, RLM updates, Critical and non-critical document update and capturing scope for 3D model update.

• Update for RBI, SIFPro, RCM deliverable and hence the PM planning actions into SAP and other systems

• Update Risk Register and capture Learnings from Project and update Lessons Learned database

• End User certificate, Warranty Information delivery to Asset IM for proper capture into system.

• Drive Continuous Improvement by bringing Lessons learned implementation early into the Project e.g. IM Deliverables readiness.

• Commercial Closeout is not part of this engagement.

Job Requirements:-

• Engineering Degree and/or Certification as Project Management or equivalent experience

• 3 -5 Years of experience in Information Management and/or Project services.

• Minimum understanding of Project Terms and Asset deliverable requirements

• Should be able to independently create reports on Project Close out.

• Experience within oil and gas refining, downstream, and/or Biofuel industry including experience in design and construction. Site experience is an asset
