Ensure product quality and in-process compliance in-order to achieve and drive team for continuous improvements program meeting quality KPI and achieve better quality satisfaction at EOL processes such as Dejunk, Mark, TnF, Plating, Ball Mount, FVI, Packing etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage quality excursion by executing effective containment actions, drive root cause investigation and solution while performing risk assessment on impacted products.
- Manage 8D report and ensure all 8D out-standing action items for on time closure.
- Lead and take part in qualify/ yield improvement projects
- Prepare and present monthly/ Quarterly KPI reports
- Manage QA measurement tools/ equipment (PM, calibration and MSA)
- Oversea critical characteristic (Plating thickness, package dimension) and analyze metrics Cpk
- Lead Half yearly Process FMEA & Control Plan
- Conduct frequent line audit
- Promotes and adheres to Company\xe2\x80\x99s commitment on corporate social responsibility.
