\xe2\x80\xa2 The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of JDE modules to enhance the clients\xe2\x80\x99 business functionality and overall performance while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. \xe2\x80\xa2 Design, configuration, and testing in various JDE Modules. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible primarily for successful implementation of JDE, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on JDE products to clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare functional specifications for customizations & change requests. \xe2\x80\xa2 This position is 10% Project Management, 60% Business Analysis and 30% Technical. \xe2\x80\xa2 Determines new solutions utilizing the latest technologies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Helping in presales activities \xe2\x80\x93 configuring demo environment and processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle and resolve support tickets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Submit weekly report to reporting manager/assistant manager. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Positive attitude with good communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Enjoy working in a challenging environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management or equivalent, and other degrees will be considered. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge and experience of any ERP will be added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of SQL programming is preferable. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to travel when it is required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and training will be given.
