We work with our friends in journalism and public relations every day to update our comprehensive, APAC-wide information platform, publish breaking industry news and host tailored regional networking and educational events. We are looking for an ambitious Associate Executive, Client Services to join our Client Servicing Team in Malaysia. As part of the Client Servicing Team, you will work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment to produce news and social media content, engage with prominent industry practitioners, and manage a sophisticated industry contacts platform. What you will do:

  • Resolving client queries promptly (maintaining the protocols and deadlines set in place)
  • Ensuring internal communications is smooth when passing work on to be dealt with
  • Liaising with other team members about issues and escalating any issues that can\xe2\x80\x99t be answered
  • Liaising with various internal and external departments on issues
  • Growing relationships with the clients to be their trusted advisors.
  • Admin work related to client requests (e.g., creating accounts)
  • Training clients on the Telum Media system

  • Strong work ethic and understanding of importance of quality customer service
