Working Detail
Working hours: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm, 12.00 pm to 9.00 pm (need to work on weekend and PH as per shift rotation)
Contract : 12 month

-Good personality
-Able to converse and write flrunt in Malay& English
-Posses Diploma in IT or any relevant field
What is your duty soon?
- Engage with customer from introduction on what is fibre Product to providing after service srvices to customer
- Using Whtasapp & Call to reach customer
- Set up appointment and meeting customer face to face
- Manage remotely troubleshooting, problem assessment & close follow ups with customers
