Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will defineyour growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Create MM PR using data sourced from CXC System MM Upload file for Sales and Purchase contracts

• Ensure MM PR data entry is accurate and performed on a timely basis

• Convert MM PR to MM PO once vendor invoice received are verified

• Liaise and follow up with Shipping Operations or Business Groups if there are discrepancies

• Perform month end closing of MM module within agreed SLA timeline and review month end open MM PR items

• Maintain and update MM Vendor Master Data including creation of new vendor

• Manage, respond and resolve to issues, queries or ad hoc requests related to daily task and system

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A diploma or degree in the related job field.

• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
