Description
We have several positions open in our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable department.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are keen to start their career in accounting. Training will be provided. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Mandarin literacy will be an added advantage.
Job description:
- Ensure invoices received/payable on a daily basis is being processed on time
- Liaise with counterparts on problematic invoices
- Perform intercompany reconciliation on a monthly basis
- Support Accounts Payable/Receivable Month End Close activities
- Involve in performing testing for Global Project for Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Involve in Accounts Payable/Receivable process improvement
Education/Experience
- Degree in Accounting and/or Professional Qualification in Accounting
- 0-2 years experience in related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Mandarin speakers have an added advantage
Proactive, independent, dynamic, resourceful, diligent.
