Key Responsibilities: Managing day-to-day fund services operations with low to medium complexity, including payments processing, posting of cash transactions and perform accounting close for the entities assigned by the Fund Services Manager & seniors. Maintain good relationship with daily client contact. Attend to client as well as investors queries if needed. Maintenance of investor contact database. Conduct the process of disseminating notices and communications to fund investors. Perform all fund related work in accordance with the relevant fund documentation and TMF HK s internal processes & procedures. Ensure all work is presented in a logical manner for senior staff s review. Liaise with auditors and tax agents. Perform other ad hoc work as assigned. Job Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant fields. Fresh graduate welcomed to apply. Previous fund accounting experiences would be an advantage. Knowledgeable in Private Equity fund or Hedge Fund. Pursuing ACCA/CPA/MIA count as added advantage Those with experience working in a banking environment especially in backend processing are highly encouraged to apply. Good in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in MS applications including Chinese word-processing count as added advantages. Ability to communicate in Cantonese or read in Chinese count as added advantages.
