The overall Sales Planning team works closely with country commercial leaders, sales teams, marketing teams and product teams to ensure maximum impact for our businesses.About the Role:We are looking for a hands-on and operationally resilient Associate to support overall planning for GrabForBusiness. The role is a balance of analytics, execution and stakeholder management, piloting strategic initiatives in collaboration with various teams across operations, enablement, commercial, self-serve, marketing, and product. To perform this role well, the candidate needs to have strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to create and follow processes, and a track record of exceeding expectations.The Day-to-Day Activities

  • Provide analytical recommendations based on clear issue framing, systems-level thinking and rigorous analyses
  • Lead the development of experimental business opportunities including development of baseline capabilities, definition of the parameters of success and ensuring smooth transition to operations
  • Support on department-level strategy and facilitate cross-pollination of best practices
  • Communicate vision to stakeholders to bring plans into operational reality
QualificationsMust-haves:
  • At least 2-3 years experience in a fast-paced environment, in a strategy/operations/customer-facing or related role
  • Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, engineering, or related fields
  • Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses to a wide range of audiences, and translating these to actionable business insights
  • Superb presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills, demonstrated by capability to synthesize a large amount of information into a clear message
  • Customer focused, and results-oriented in all aspects of planning and delivery
  • High-performing and adaptable in a semi-structured environment
  • Ability to look beyond individual issues to identify broader themes with wider-reaching impact
  • Passionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets
Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience at a tech software company
  • SQL will be an advantage
