Digital Content Generation Meet with internal or external clients or immediate supervisors to determine the scope of a project. Advise internal or external clients on strategies to reach a particular audience. Determine the message the design should portray. Create images that identify a product or convey a message Graphic Design & Video Production Develop graphics and visuals for product illustrations, logo\xe2\x80\x99s, Social Media posts, video graphics and websites. Incorporate changes recommended by the internal or external clients into the final design Review design for errors before printing, publishing or uploading them. Create and implement marketing campaigns Conceptualize creative campaigns adhering to the brief and present for internal review Deliver the campaign creative through digital or traditional mediums through to completion Managing client proposals from typesetting through to graphic design, print and production Create of designs for usability and multi-platform application Create designs and templates for Rakita & MySukan across both print and digital mediums Work closely with creative director and Rakita & MySukan project leaders Maintain an updated historical file of all creative material/artwork produced Create motion graphics and visual for video OperationsLiaising with superior or clients to determine their requirements, timescale and budget. Keeping clients up to date, listening to and acting on feedback, and explaining the rationale behind graphic design decisions. Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required. Keeping up to date with design and software trends. Liaising with external printers or production teams to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed or presented to the highest quality. Produce Library newsletters which includes layout of graphics, photographs, text, and mailing Create e-newsletters highlighting current programs Communicate with various departments to understand their graphic needs for various projects Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for the Library\xe2\x80\x99s marketing communications which includes posters, brochures, signage, banners, flyers, bookmarks, website graphics, and other graphics and artwork Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work Manage inventory of graphic artist\xe2\x80\x99s materials and recommend new equipment, software, and display material needs Assist with social media, large scale library events, and attending community events as needed REQUIRED SKILLS: Diploma / Degree from accredited University in related major. 1-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in stakeholder management (including clients, partners, etc.) Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia inclusive of speaking, writing and presentation. Experience in Graphic Design class, Creative Idea development, Design implementation related will be an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Office tools, social media Mobile marketing and Social Media Usage. Ability to use Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro (or equivalent of the three mentioned) is not compulsory, but is definitely a bonus!
