One of the top universities is looking out for an Associate Head Of School (Engagement) - Partnerships Your new company You\'ll be working for one of the top universities that is looking for an Associate Head Of School for Engagements and Partnerships to be based in Selangor. Your new role You will be reporting to the Deputy Head Of School. Your responsibilities would consist of: Responsible for connecting the school with industrial partners and fostering collaboration with other universities through twinning programs. Understanding and managing strong internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful partnerships and engagements are established. Develop, and implement the School\'s student engagement, staff engagement culture, and external engagement plans. Responsible for overseeing the School\'s student engagement initiatives, including building relationships with current, past, and prospective students. This involves aligning the School\'s engagement initiatives with the University\'s plans, policies, and procedures. The individual will chair the School\'s Industry Advisory Panel, participate in various School committees, and represent the School in student and external engagement committees at the Campus level and various events. The aim is to enhance engagement and impact through strategy development, implementation, promotion, and review. Focus on fostering strong external relationships with industry, government, and community groups. By doing so, they will position the School\'s external engagement plans, programs, and activities to provide enhanced opportunities for staff and student collaborations and exchanges. They can allocate resources wisely and ensure their optimal utilisation for organisational success. This individual is skilled in planning, leading, and managing change processes within the specific context of tertiary education. They can navigate and facilitate transitions smoothly to achieve positive outcomes. The person has the ability to conceptualise and plan strategic developments within the broader context of the organisation\'s plans. They can translate vision into actionable steps and implement them effectively. This individual possesses strong leadership qualities, enabling them to effectively support and motivate staff members within the organisation.
