:Role Proficiency:Apply electrical and mechanical engineering principles to develop professional cost effective designs as a part of the team with support from Designer-III and Lead.Outcomes: * Electricala. Development of 2D wire harness drawings conforming with customer requirements and industrial drafting standardsb. Use design of hardware fixation components such as brackets clips and mounting points using 3D modelling modulec. Development of wire harness routing designs in 3D which includes ensuring secure routing of harness to corresponding connectors d. Create and understand schematic drawings.

• Mechanicala. Hydraulic Design: Design of hydraulic systems; selection of hydraulic components and fittings and hydraulic routings using Pro-E Wildfireb. Structural Design: Design of structural members castings and weld fabricationsc. Weld Design: Design of welding structural componentsd. Vehicle Integration and Assembly: Contribute to Mechanical or Electrical integration as a part of Vehicle integration and assemblye. FEA: Understand and apply Finite Element Analysis in Mechanical design

The support are schematic design review, layout design review, and schematic and layout design information data mining. Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with Project Team in understanding circuit requirements and limitations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform Schematic Design Review and Layout Design Review on customer design. \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate Report/Defect log per project platform. \xe2\x80\xa2 Deliver reports within SLA. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review, analyze and recommend improvements to existing schematic and layout designs. May need to resolve design related issues in a timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Report of extraction information from customer\'s Schematic and Layout design. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop design documentations and requirements specifications for assigned projects. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 High proficiencies in PCB routing requirements and checking - trace width, trace spacing, length matching, tolerances, routing topology on critical nets, via count. \xe2\x80\xa2 High Speed PCB Design using Cadence Allegro PCB Editor, Mentor Graphics HyperLynx DRC, SCT, LCT. \xe2\x80\xa2 Accustomed to designing PCBs with a high awareness of "Design for Manufacturing, Assembly, and Test" requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Expertise in Edge-Coupled and Broadside-Coupled Differential pairs and Designed impedance \xe2\x80\xa2 Expertise in using Through Hole, Blind, Buried, Micro & Power vias in PCB. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good command on critical signal routing, cross talks, EMI, EMC, Clock signal, Mixed Signal Routings and Power plane distribution. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge in Intel Atom, Core, and Xeon microprocessors architecture. \xe2\x80\xa2 Advanced knowledge of constraints and use of the constraint manager. \xe2\x80\xa2 A+ English language proficiency is a must, ability to communicate clearly and fluently using proper words, expressions and grammar both verbally and in written form. Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to a technical and non-technical customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Capable of supporting during Weekends, Public Holidays and odd-hours when there is a need.
