Description and Requirements

Essential Requirements:

Solid foundation in Java and proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming concepts
Strong knowledge of common data structures and algorithms
Proficiency with mainstream frameworks including Spring, SpringBoot, and MyBatis
Experience with PGSQL, MySQL and other mainstream databases; capable of writing and optimizing SQL queries
Understanding of multi-threading programming and familiarity with common design patterns
Knowledge of middleware technologies such as Redis and Kafka
Strong learning ability and team collaboration skills
Passion for technology and commitment to code quality

Preferred Qualifications:

Practical project development experience or internship experience
Familiarity with Linux operating system
Experience contributing to open-source projects
Understanding of generative AI and its application scenarios
