Detailed Description:

• Provide support to infrastructure services on our network infrastructure (LAN/WLAN/WAN/SDWAN), IP PBX, local server management and end user computing
• Support the IT infrastructure with servers, storage and network and security devices.
• Works under minimum Supervision. Seeks approval from others on matters outside of job/role scope. Receives instruction on specific assignment objectives and possible solutions.
• Monitor network and telephony system utilization, service level commitment and review & make service capacity plan.
• Plan, configure, implement and support network and telephony solutions in compliance with IT service and security requirements.
• Support all required networked managed services, including patch management, anti-virus protection, access control, intrusion protection and other security policy management, etc., to provide for a healthy IT service environment.
• Prepare and maintain system documentations, examining records and reports, operating practices.
• Support and participate in IT projects and reviews, including preparation and response to security reviews.
• Support IT internal and external audits.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

• Knowledge of network technologies and protocols, including network/firewall rules, typical KPIs and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure requirements solutions, including security, business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Good communication skills and leadership skills.
• Ability to provide functional or project technical advice to individuals outside the immediate work unit/team.

• Checkpoint Firewall
• Fortigate Firewall
• IP PBX
• ITIL
