Role Summary

To execute the process operations in DSP1 & Buffer preparation area

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare the media and other buffer solutions as per preparation record
2. Execution of process related operations and monitor the batch performance as per standard procedures
3. Monitor the process to comply with the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice
4. Cleaning of process equipment and skids which includes supportive vessels
5. Process operations using PLC/DCS automation system
6. Technical knowledge/hands on experience in equipment such as Autoclave, Centrifuge, pH meter, Spectrophotometer etc.
7. Ensure online update of Batch manufacturing record, Equipment log books and other records.
8. Carry out the day to day production activities and actively participate in achieving the production targets
9. Report incidents and deviations to Shift In-charge
10. Report incidents related to Safety violations or accidents to Shift In-charge
11. Participate actively in all training programs
12. Strictly adhere to the standard operating procedures and good documentation practices
13. To carry out the process as per the standard protocols and validated process
14. Clean, monitor and maintain the facility and equipment to assure production goals, quality of goods and relevant safety.

Educational Qualifications

Required Education Qualification: BA/ B.Com/ B.Sc
Required Experience: 0 - 4 years
