Lead the Campaigns team in the strategy, conceptualization, development and execution of a series of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and achieve sales targets while ensuring proper delegation of projects
Plan the onsite campaign calendar based on major events, trends/themes, seasonality, merchandise mix and key business objectives
Lead a team of 10+ in managing the overall day-to-day operational campaign management for Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan markets ; ensuring all campaigns are delivered effectively and on time, as well as properly distributed across all marketing channels
Work with Commercial, Analytics and Revenue teams to plan, execute and ensure the profitability of tactical campaigns and efficient category management
Understand and utilize various analytics, reports, and platforms to achieve daily objectives, and to analyze and optimize campaign performance
Work with onsite and design teams to develop conceptual user journeys and landing pages across campaigns, with respect to customer experience
Oversee copywriting and the creative brief sent to the design team for marketing asset creation
Communicate and collaborate with multiple teams across Buying, Operations, and various local and regional marketing channels (paid channels, onsite, CRM, social media, PR, partnerships, SEO, etc.), to ensure effective multi-channel campaign execution
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for major brand launches and celebrity designer collaborations
Keep abreast of industry and competitive trends to identify and develop innovative marketing campaigns
Lead and coordinate various Onsite projects ; work closely with various stakeholders to implement various Onsite initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any related fields.
Minimum 4 - 5 years working experience in Campaigns management or similar role
Extremely high level of attention-to-details, organized, and ability to adapt to fast paced environment
Familiar with Analytics tool is an additional value, capable of interpreting data and reports
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmen
