The People & Culture team in Klook plays a strong strategic role. We drive decisions for organisational design and workforce planning across markets and functions. We collaborate on productivity enhancements. We provide insights and advice on employee engagement.
Considering the right data at the right time is essential for doing all of this. We aim to make several improvements and are looking for someone to support these initiatives. This will involve strengthening the way we handle the data, how proactively we make it available to more stakeholders, and how we can go further with the changes we can drive by using data, such as:
Collect, store, and organise the data for easier management and combination of people, operational, and financial information to enable business decisions, such as workforce planning and productivity enhancement
Develop processes and metrics to monitor and measure the effectiveness of various people programs
Proactively drive analysis into all aspects of the employee lifecycle, derive insights and draw attention to issues and improvement opportunities
Design comprehensive and user friendly dashboards for stakeholders and support them with regular/ad-hoc analysis and report requests
Set up processes to keep the data up to date and available with close collaboration with HRIS, Finance, Analytics and Business teams
Participate in various analytics projects as required
The ideal candidate would be experienced in people data analytics and comfortable with a fast moving organisation where we are constantly building and optimising how our organisation functions. To be more specific, you are more likely to be successful if you have/are:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration or Human Resources
Experience as business analyst or consultant
A strong affinity for data and experience managing data systems
A strategic mindset that can link strategy with operational requirements, while maintaining a hands-on approach
Proven ability to build credibility with and gain commitment from key stakeholders
Strong communication skills in English (verbal/written) is mandatory
Ability to routinely take initiative to identify issues and solve problems; thoroughly analyse information and make timely recommendations with minimal supervision
A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, \'roll-up-your sleeves\' attitude, and good sense of humour
Happy to work independently when required
Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds and in different time zones
