Job Location Petaling JayaThe Associate Medical & Technical Affairs (M&TA) Manager is responsible for providing medical expertise to ensure the efficient strategic positioning of new and existing products.The individual will conduct medical activities related to the scientific positioning of the company\xe2\x80\x99s products with strong collaboration with the country and regional multifunctional teams, as well as ensure accurate information, distribution, documentation, labeling, and promotional materials for marketed products in compliance with corporate standards, government and industry regulations, and legal requirements.Responsibilities of the role

• Supporting P&G Personal Health Care brands (including all medical-scientific tasks, including but not limited to preparation and maintenance of core documents, regulatory authority requests, claims support documents, NPDs etc.), with focus on local projects and brands
• Cross-functional communication & collaboration
• Champion the scientific/medical capability building programme for multiple functions
• Champion organization understanding, implementation and compliance with Medical Governance framework and associated policies/processes
• To represent P&G\xe2\x80\x99s R&D Medical Affairs internally and externally
• To manage external medical experts and service providers & associated activities

Job Qualifications

• Biological Sciences BSc, MSc or BPharm/MPharm
• 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Pharma/ Healthcare Industry, preferably in the area of medical affairs, with relevant expertise on medicines, food supplements and medical devices. Professional sales function experience would be an advantage
• Working knowledge on regulatory requirements, requirements and standards in product development, regulations and internal quality documents.
• Team Player with ability to work in a multi-functional and multi-national environment
• Values-based approach to work with the ability to create and maintain strong and trustful relationships.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Acts as an owner of the business, shows holistic thinking and result-oriented action, has normative and ethical attitude, innovativeness, consistency, conscientiousness.
• Good in decision making, goal-oriented leadership, problem solving ability.
• Fluent in English (spoken, reading & written)
• Mastered use of job- and area-specific software and databases.
