We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated

Collections

Analyst

to join our finance team. In this role, you will assist in managing and collecting outstanding payments from customers, ensuring that accounts are up-to-date and that collection processes are handled efficiently and professionally. This role supports North America time zone and working days.



This position is part of the Order to Cash Department, Pall Center for Financial Services (CFS) and will be in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Assist in monitoring and managing overdue accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices. Work with customers to resolve any billing disputes or discrepancies in a timely manner. Ensure all collections activities comply with company policies and legal regulations. Contact customers via phone, email, or letter to remind them of overdue payments and negotiate repayment terms. Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions related to collections. Coordinate with other departments, such as Sales and Customer Service, to address account issues and provide excellent customer service.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification of any field, preferably in Accounting or Finance. 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience is required for this position, preferably within Shared Services operation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and spoken, in English. Responsible for ensuring accuracy in task completion, driving project initiatives, and working effectively under pressure. Required to work on a shift from 9.00pm to 6.00am MYT This is in line with your appointment role to support the US team.
