What Will You Do Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to, PPC, social media, email, and display advertising. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal results. Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing strategies. Collaborate with external partners and agencies to enhance campaign effectiveness. Conduct A/B testing and implement optimization strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve established goals. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative strategies. Monitor and manage digital marketing budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI). Provide recommendations on budget allocation based on performance insights. What skills and experience you will need Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance analysis and optimization. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and other related disciplines is a plus.
