  • Generate effective load plan that yield high OEE.
  • Monitor daily start schedule (PTS Start) and ensure that it is align to tester/tooling capacity limitation.
  • Validate capacity declared versus actual performance of manufacturing and escalate.
  • Review weekly commit and highlight if there\xe2\x80\x99s any issue supporting the customer requirement/metrics.
  • Provide the following information to Operation Group:
  • Daily die inventory (WIP + Die Avail) and in-transit information / unloaded dice.
  • Hot lots/Lines down /Critical Lots
  • Daily loading plan and capacity utilization
  • WIP build up inventory/WIP Surge/WIP Bubble
  • Potential issue that may affect the cycle time/OTD/Shipment Goal
  • Support manufacturing in cycle time reduction.
  • Provide daily monitoring of output for critical product/area.
  • Coordinate with the concern group (e.g. PE,EQ,IE,Planner,Staff/Manager) any issues that impact loading.
Education and Experience
  • Posses at least Bachelor Degree/Professional Degree in any discipline or equivalent or at least 5 years solid experiences in semicon/planning.
  • Self-motivated, strong ownership, having sense of urgency, committed and able to work independently.
  • Interpersonal skills, strong team player with ability to communicate effectively at any level.
  • Analytical and computer literate with proficiency in MS Office i.e. Excel,Word,Powerpoint
  • Good knowledge in scheduling and production planning.
  • Fresh Graduate with Bachelor Degree are encouraged to apply.
