In Novo Nordisk Malaysia, the position of GLP-1 Associate Product Manager provides you with the opportunity to work in a high-performing sales team to contribute directly towards the business results while creating value for the Diabetes patients.

You will report to GLP1 Business Unit Director, Malaysia.

The position

The role of the GLP-1 Associate Product Manager is to develop a local product marketing strategy with the Marketing Director/Manager and facilitate launch and sales execution as well as follow-up on the marketing programmes with internal stakeholders, working to achieve short and long-term business objectives.

You will be allowed to design and execute the product marketing plan, communicate the marketing programme to internal stakeholders and implement campaigns, and maintain and develop relationships with target customers and external stakeholders. You will also provide the affiliate management with product and marketing updates, ensure sales force
knowledge and training about product marketing plans and campaigns, create a mutually beneficial relationship with KOLs and healthcare professionals (HCPs) and represent Novo Nordisk in congresses and company meetings.
You will also develop an excellent product marketing plan, execute counter strategies when necessary, and adapt product strategy to local patient needs.
You will also be collaborating closely with the Medical, Marketing and Market Access team in engaging key external stakeholders to penetrate our GLP-1 Diabetes products into targeted institution listings.

Qualifications

To be considered for the role you must have at least 5 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably 2 years of product management experience.
You must have a strong business and industry understanding, is competitive, has a strong background in optimising brand and portfolio management, as well as with a patient and science orientation.
You must hold a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Health, Life Science or Marketing with a strong interest in Diabetes. MBA is an advantage.
