Job Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities and guide strategy.
• Develop strategic marketing plans, including product positioning and pricing strategies.
• Lead execution of promotional activities, workshops, and events to support product awareness.
• Manage product lifecycle from planning to launch, including training and support for sales teams.
• Collaborate with regional teams and internal departments to align marketing and product development.
• Monitor customer feedback and market conditions to improve product offerings and performance.
• Create and manage marketing materials, communication tools, and customer databases.
• Track ROI, prepare reports, and ensure timely updates to management on market activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in medical or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong strategic marketing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial analysis.
• Ability to manage projects, lead cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel and engage with hospitals, partners, and stakeholders regularly.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
