We are currently seeking a Associate Sales Analyst to join DHL eCommerce Malaysia!The Associate Sales Analyst will be responsible to Support on daily activities such as assist on account opening, sales query, SFDC cleanup, SFDC mapping, dashboard and etc.Essential Duties and Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 To Support on daily activities such as assist on acccount opening, sales query, SFDC cleanup, SFDC mapping, dashboard and etc.\xc2\xb7 To provide report and analysis to support sales activities such as STP, FTB, status of return parcel, delivery performance and etc.\xc2\xb7 To support Sales Analyst in operating or monitoring sales management.\xc2\xb7 To support on sales campaign.\xc2\xb7 Support on Sales and PR commission\xc2\xb7 Support Sales Analyst on on SFDC improvement and testing.\xc2\xb7 Liaise with internal stakeholders in sales, commercial, finance and HR for any matter related to sales.\xc2\xb7 Ensure customer\'s information is maintained accurately on the customer database.Desired Skills / Qualifications\xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years of job experience in operating CRM and sales support function in service industry.\xc2\xb7 Experience in salesforce.com is a plus.\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical, administrative and communication skills.\xc2\xb7 Proficient MS Excel and PowerPoint.\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills (Bahasa Melayu and English) and interpersonal skills.Minimum Educational Qualification\xc2\xb7 Diploma in any related fields
