Associate Sales Director Education

Job Description

Our Client is looking for Associate Sales Director, passionate to grow their Malaysian Business, they are looking for people from the education or BPO line to build strong hunter consultants and develop a collaborative environment.

  • Team Training: Build a Team of Hunter, ensure sales are met
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to negotiation and deal closure, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients within the target market through various methods, including market research, networking, cold outreach (email, phone, social media), and attending industry events.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Building Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective client organizations(C-Suites)
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking progress and forecasting potential revenue.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify new avenues for growth.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred.
  • Experience: 8 years in BPO, telemarketing, contact centre, insurance or similar sales roles.
  • Skills: Proven relationship-building and sales skills; experience with consultative sales; results-driven.
  • Attributes: Energetic, fast learner, collaborative, excellent communicator and presenter, detail-oriented.
