Operations Enablement:

Our team seeks to develop technical solutions for business processes that help our organisation to demonstrate operational excellence when serving our customers. We strive to achieve this through simplifying and streamlining tasks and processes, across all Sitecore Service lines, with the help of continuous digital innovation. Our team members create, develop, and maintain solutions for operations teams to perform their day-to-day tasks in an automated way at a large scale, and for Sitecore customers to use self-service options for higher efficiency. Amongst many stakeholders, we work closely with Product and Platform Engineering teams and to ensure that automation design is aligned with product features and operations requirements.

About the Role/ The Opportunity:

As an Associate Software QA Engineer, you will be working with an Agile team. You will need to maintain and improve automated test to validate functionalities of features developed, and ensure features developed as per requirements.

What You\'ll Do:

• Design, develop and maintain automation test cases for ensuring high quality in Sitecore technical delivery.
• Develop high-quality assurance automation code for features, bug fixes, and hotfixes according to Sitecore guidelines.
• Replace manual testing with test automation based on test principles.
• Play an active role in clarifying user stories, acceptance criteria, and task break down that can deliver business value within one iteration.
• Maintain CI & CD pipeline to ensure the solution can be delivered frequently, consistently, and reliably to staging and production environments.

What You Need to Succeed

• Basic understanding in implementing test automation with scripting language - C#.
• Basic understanding in implementing UI automation - Selenium.
• Basic knowledge in test planning and management of test strategy, test plan and test cases.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, or any related technical field involving software/ systems engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

• Understanding of ITSM/CSM of ITIL.
• Experienced in using ServiceNow.
• Understanding of CI/CD.
• Great interpersonal skill to contribute as an effective team player.
• Enjoy problem-solving skill on technical challenges.
• Passionate in continuous learning in the product domain, technology best practices and Agile principles.
• An open-minded, self-motivated, thorough, and methodical individual.
