Up for an exciting new career We are looking for a Billing and Payment Specialist to join our growing team in Finance based in our shared service centre in the Malaysia ! Responsibilities The AP Specialist / Associate will report to the AP Service Delivery Lead. Based in Malaysia, the AP Specialist / Associate will focus on executive of AP related processes e.g. supplier creation, invoice matching and payment. Responsibilities: Perform 3-way match in the Inventory Warehouse System for all incoming invoices for the different warehouses. Ensure the daily operational activities are performed and delivered within the SLAs Recording of invoice in the Accounting system Work closely, coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Ensure accuracy of invoices and outgoing payments ,Smooth and proper handling of stakeholders inquiry Keep track of all expenditures and outgoing payments Maintain proper documentation and record keeping with accuracy and integrity Other AP related processes, Other AP related processes Continuous improvement of the end-to-end Accounts payable process Ad-hoc finance or administrative support to the finance team Requirements Minimum 1-4 years experience of post qualification experience in an audit firm, or inhouse role. Diploma or Bachelor degree required in Accounting, Finance or another relevant field Proficient in Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, V Lookups etc. Previous experience in Shared Service Center or retail business is a plus Previous experience in SAP or other ERP is preferred Proficient in Chinese is an added advantage Ability to work well under pressure, detail-oriented and employs a proactive approach to problem-solving Team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Team player with an ability to function independently and effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment What we offer A dynamic and challenging work environment.
