We co-create and execute the future vision of 400+ clients with the help of our 44,000+ employees.Claims Processing Team:Claims Processing team will be responsible in managing the claims queries, and concerns of customers, claims processing, and monitoringTechnical Processing Team:Technical processing team will be responsible in preparing insurance documents such as debit and credit notes, insurance premium notes, and other documents and liaising with stakeholders and brokersUnderwriting Team:The team\'s key responsibility is to process transactions of Clients / Customers accurately, communicate as and when required via emails, and ensuring at all times that the process is carried out efficiently within the approved guidelines and agreed timeframes.QualificationsAssociate - Ops

- Diploma or equivalent
- Preferably with experience in Customer Service or specific industry such as Insurance, and/or Finance.Sr. Associate - Ops
- Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, or specific industry such as Insurance, and/or Finance.Language requirement defers on the hiring account - but preferably have verbal and written experience in English / Malay / Mandarin / Cantonese / Japanese, etc.
