We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Associate Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic R&D team.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of product innovation-supporting regulatory compliance, managing technical product performance, and driving cross-functional projects that impact global healthcare.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Act as Product Owner in 3DX and Minerva platforms
• Support regulatory registration and technical documentation
• Conduct risk management and post-market surveillance reviews
• Analyze competitor glove performance and Biogel's competitive edge
• Manage design changes and development projects
• Provide technical support to marketing and customers
• Ensure timely delivery of cross-functional project plans

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Polymer Science, Chemistry, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' experience in R&D, QA, or product management (medical devices preferred)
• Strong communication, analytical, and technical reporting skills
• Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), MDSAP, MDR, FDA
• Experience in surgical gloves manufacturing is a plus
