This role is perfect for someone who has just started their career in IT Audit, or is looking diversify from External Audit with a move into IT Assurance. • Participation in IT Assurance/ Audit - including the execution of evaluating and design of IT controls (e.g. application & IT general controls) in support of external and internal audits as well as Program Assurance engagements
• Supporting the execution of audits/ assessments of IT processes against leading practice IT risk and security frameworks and common standards (e.g. CoBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, Sarbanes Oxley Act)
• Assist in the preparation of reports for clients and other stakeholders
• Working effectively as a team member - providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress
• Ensure client deliverables are on time and to the standard expected by the client and engagement partner/principal

Ideally, you'll also have

• A Bachelor or Master's degree qualification in finance, business, accounting, IT or related discipline
• Professional accreditations and qualifications will also be considered favourably (CPA, CISA, CA, CIA, CISM, CISSP, CBCP, CIPP)
• A passion for emerging technologies and working within a team to advise clients on how to manage IT risks and accelerate performance
• The ability to inspire teamwork with engagement team members and use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services
