Then read on.About the RoleThis role is responsible for providing after-sales support to policy-related administrative processes:Process assigned cases as per the requirements within the targeted timeTo support policy adjustments/maintain client and policy informationProcessing bills and paymentsEnsure that timeline and objectives as agreed with superior for any other assignments / projects that may be assigned are met or exceededEnsure 100% timely implementation of impact plans and participate / drive / contribute in team activitiesPerforms other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirementsRequirements:Preferably University Degree in any fieldPreferably 1 year working experienceExperience in a shared services or similar environment providing financial operations services to external/internal stakeholdersBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
