WE ARE LOOKING FOR Responsible for providing after-sales supports to policy-related administrative processes such as new business, renewals, and change request from individual policy holder as per stipulated benchmark and requirements. Job requirement 1. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent 2. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply 3. Proficient in both written and spoken English & Madarin 4. Customer oriental, self-motivated, proficient in Microsoft Office 5. Able to adapt desk-bound working environment, work overtime beyond normal office hour (including weekend and public holiday) 1. Ensure that the agreed Individual processing Turn Around Times (TAT) are met or exceeded. 2. Ensure that the quality, including presentation and accuracy of service provided, meet or exceed our customer and business partners' expectations. 3. Ensure that the productivity meet or exceed defined minimum performance standards. 4. Ensure that the tardiness meet the benchmark
