Assist the head groomer with cat grooming services, including bathing, brushing, trimming nails, paws, body fur, and cleaning ears.
Learn and follow established grooming techniques and SOP.
Use appropriate grooming tools and equipment.
Monitor the health of cats during boarding or grooming and identify any potential issues or injuries.
Communicate with cat owners to discuss their grooming needs and concerns
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Cleaning cat room and boarding area.
Fill and refill cat food/kibbles for each cat as per instructed by customers.
Flexible schedule including weekends.
Ability to handle cats with patience and kindness.
Knowledge of feline first aid and emergency procedures.
Willingness to continue education and training in cat grooming.
A passion for working with cats.
Assists the head groomer in maintaining grooming records and inventory.
Help maintain the grooming equipment and facilities.
Willing to work under the supervision of the head groomer and take direction.
