We are seeking an experienced accountant to join our team and provide financial support to our group of companies. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple accounts and be familiar with accounting practices for different types of businesses. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounting for multiple companies within the group, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare monthly financial statements and other reports as required.
Manage the year-end closing process for each company in the group.
Develop and manage budgets for each company and provide regular financial updates for management review.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and requirements for each company.
Assist with audits, tax filing and liaise with external auditors.
Maintain accurate records of fixed assets for each company in the group.
Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to streamline accounting processes.
Perform financial analysis and prepare reports for management as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree / Advanced Diploma in Accounting
At least 3 years of accounting experience, with experience in audit, tax and managing multiple accounts.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with Autocount accounting software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
