If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us Functional Acceptance Functions: Perform acceptance of facilities in systems, e.g. HOST, LOAD$, EIWS, EDMS, others Verification of documents to ensure compliance of the acceptance of facilities. physical SI forms/set up fee receipts/LA are duly recorded Perform system maintenance, e.g. update collateral for Guarantors/Partnership/FD pledge as collateral, change of security parties/ solicitors, receipt of SLO/ notification letter / valuation report, etc. Liase with valuer to obtain latest status on valuation and inform Sales / branch to follow up, if any. Notify CED on lower OMV and inform sales staff to forward SLO upon receipt of approval from CED. Follow up with branches/sales to rectify any discrepancies in LO, or resolve any outstanding matters Perform cancellation of facility in AS400 upon receipt of SRF request from branches/sales and issue cancellation letter to solicitor and borrower Perform HOST creation for Staff Facility upon receipt of email for HR Retrieve Connected Party Report and ensure accurate tagging in HOST on monthly basis Handle all queries/related correspondences and emails from branches/sales. Documentation & Disbursement Functions: Update documents status in system, e.g. AS400, EIWS, EDMS for documentation stages Vet accuracy of documents within turnaround time (TAT) for PA execution Follow up with the solicitors on the rectification of discrepancies in the documents on timely basis Prepare Letter of Undertaking to the developer and vendor Handle enquiries from solicitor/ developer/ sales / branches on the status of documentation / release Check advise of release received from solicitors within TAT. Ensure all relevant terms & conditions have been complied with and update credit documentation checklist Follow up with solicitors on the rectification of discrepancies in the advice of release on timely basis Verify billings against architect certificate and schedule of payment for property purchase direct from developer Create facility account and prepare release vouchers or complete E-Disbursement platform payment information for facility disbursement by RCO Accurate system maintenance especially on interest rates, loan and installment amount, SI and other critical data fields Assist in the investigation of LPI complaint/ VOC cases and request events in chronological order from solicitor with complaints resolved with TAT set Preparation of data support for submission to Legal Department for legal advice where necessary. Education/Qualification Recognize Degree in Business Administration / Banking & Finance / Accountancy Experience Minimum 1 - 2 years\' experience in Credit Administration field.
